Bear Facts Student Newspaper is Back!

Picture of Bear Facts front pageAfter a prolonged absence, Brewster High School’s official newspaper, Bear Facts, has been relaunched. On 12/21/16, we introduced the first revamped issue into circulation. Bear Facts, published by the students of Brewster High School in New York, is a public forum for student expression, encouraging a diverse collective to voice their opinions. Under the leadership of teachers Cynthia Amuso and Robert M. LoAlbo, the staff of student leaders and team of dedicated young writers are committed to publishing work that honors authentic standards of journalism: striving for truth, accuracy, and fairness first. With a focus on relevant school, societal and global issues, Bear Facts is the representation of all BHS students – students from varied grades, divergent social groups and ethnicities – whose opinions and expressions have a place to be voiced.

All schools in the Brewster Central School District are on a three hour delay for today, Thursday March 22, due to the weather.

Parent Teacher Conferences at JFK and CVS have been rescheduled for next week Thursday 3/29/18.  Please be safe. Thank you.
