Unit Circle - Viglucci, N.
       
Many years ago, someone decided to place a unit circle on graph paper. From this simple act, trigonometry was discovered. Students will be asked to perform the same job and discover the relationship between the unit circle and sine, cosine and tangent graphs. The unit includes a video stream of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.

Students will walk in Lewis and Clark's footsteps and take the "ultimate Road Trip"! They will be a members of the Corps of Discovery and experience the incredible expedition first hand. They will stop at the very places where the Corps camped and will read their journal entries and understand their fear, excitment, bravery, friendships, hopefullness and despair.
