Minutes

A regular meeting of the Board of Education was held Tuesday, March 11, 2008, in the Board Room of the Brewster Central School District Office, 30 Farm to Market Road, Brewster, New York. The meeting began at 7:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance, led by Dr. Stephen Jambor, President.

10. Motioned by Dr. Shaffer, seconded by Mr.Gross, to table Item J-10, Approval of Return of Donation to the Journal News for scoreboard installation.

2. Request for Use of Facilities
a. Use of BHS PAC by Brewster Performing Arts, 6/21/08, from 7:00am-midnight, for a dance recital by Seven Stars.
b. Use of BHS PAC by Brewster Performing Arts, 5/3/08, from 11:00am-11:00pm, for a dance show by Broesler Irish Dance.
c. Use of BHS PAC by Brewster Theater Company, 8/1,4,5,6,7,11,12,13,14, from 6:00-10:00pm, and 8/15 & 16, from 6:30-10:00pm, for rehearsal and a theatrical performance.
