Helpdesk procedures

The Brewster Central School District maintains a district wide helpdesk to coordinate all technical support requests.
All users should report any support issues and/or problems to the helpdesk using either of the following methods:

1. Call the helpdesk at 279-5051, ext. 156
2. Send an email to helpdesk@brewsterschools.org

Valid technical support issues include the following:

  • Hardware issues
  • Software issues
  • Moves, adds, or changes
  • Requests for supplies (printer cartridges, disks, etc.)

All issues should be reported, even if they are resolved at the building level. This data will prove useful to us in the future.
