The Letters: Voices from the Great War – About the show: “The Letters: Voices from the Great War “is an original drama profiling World War I stories of service to coincide and honor the 100th anniversary (centennial) of the Armistice as told from a “hometown” perspective. Set in Putnam County, New York and across the seas in France 1918, “The Letters” is a historical experience based on actual letters and diaries written by local servicemen and women who were part of the Great War – the war deemed to end all wars.
