  • Voter Registration

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there will be no personal voter registration held at school district offices prior to the June 9, 2020 vote.

If you are not registered,  you can register with the County Board of Elections by mail or remotely through the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles website.  It is suggested that qualified persons (not already registered) register in a timely manner in order to allow plenty of time for a ballot to be mailed and returned to the district clerk.

To check your Registration Status, visit the Voter Information Portal.

    Absentee Ballot Update - 6/8/20

We write to update you regarding Executive Order 202.39 issued by Governor Andrew Cuomo, which extends the deadline for absentee ballots to be received by school districts.  Under the latest Executive Order, ballots either hand-delivered by 5:00PM on Tuesday, June 9th or received by mail through Tuesday, June 16th at 5:00PM, will be counted.

Residents are still encouraged to utilize the secure Drop Box located at 30 Farm To Market Road, over the next two days:

    • Monday, June 8th from 6:00AM to 9:00PM
    • Tuesday, June 9th from 6:00AM to 5:00PM

The Executive Order prohibits the acceptance of hand-delivered ballots after 5:00PM on Tuesday, June 9th.  Accordingly, the Drop Box will be removed at 5:00PM on Tuesday, June 9th, and the only means for submitting ballots will be by mail.

For those who may not have access to the Drop Box, the Executive Order provides additional time for mail delivery.  Even still, residents are encouraged to complete their ballots and mail them as quickly as possible to ensure they are received by Tuesday, June 16th.

Please continue to visit our budget website for more information and important updates.  A list of Questions & Answers has been compiled in response to questions raised by community members over the past several weeks.  We hope you find this information helpful and are encouraged by this latest Executive Order which should increase participation in the school budget vote and trustee election
