Parent & Guardian Technology Guide
Welcome! This page is designed to help parents/guardians understand the digital tools our school uses and how to set up and manage their accounts. These platforms help you stay informed, connected, and ensure a safe digital environment for students.
ParentSquare
ParentSquare is our communication platform. The district and your child’s school use it to send announcements, messages, alerts, permission slips, and event information.
Please note: Families who are new to the district will have access to ParentSquare on their child’s official start date (the beginning of the school year). An invitation to activate your ParentSquare account will be sent to you at that time.
If you already have a child enrolled in the district and are registering an additional student, your new student will not appear in your ParentSquare account until the start of the school year.
What you'll use it for:
- School and district announcements
- Messages from teachers and staff
- Attendance notifications
- Forms, sign‑ups, and reminders
How to log in:
- Go to: ParentSquare
- Register using the email address or phone number you have on file with the school (instructions)
- Create your password
- Download the app (iOS or Android)
Campus Parent (Infinite Campus)
Campus Parent is our student information system. It gives you access to academic and attendance information.
What you’ll use it for:
- Grades and assignments
- Attendance and schedules
- Report cards
- Fee and account information
How to log in:
- Go to: Campus Parent
- Register using the activation key provided by the building registrar & these instructions
- Need your activation key? Contact your school's registrar
- Download the app (iOS or Android)
Securly
Securly is our district’s online safety and web‑filtering tool. It helps keep students safe while using district‑issued devices and accounts.
What you’ll use it for:
- View your student’s online activity on school devices
- Receive alerts for concerning activity
- Set rules for after‑school device use (if enabled by the district)
How to log in:
- Go to: Securly parent portal
- Create your parent account using the email on file with the school
- Download the app (iOS or Android)
