  •      Students entering Grade 12 in 2023 must have either:

    *    2 doses of meningococcal vaccine with the booster dose given on or after age 16

    *    1 dose if your child’s first dose was given on or after age 16

  • New York State law requires all students in Kindergarten, 1st , 3rd , 5th , 7th , 9th , & 11th and new students to the district to have a current physical examination by a duly licensed health care provider.
