Welcome to the 2021/22 School Year!!  I'm looking forward to being your teacher this year.  We are going to have a lot of fun learning together.

My name is Josh Ullman and I'm a third grade teacher at C.V. Starr.  I teach math, science and social studies.  This will be my twentieth year of teaching and nineteenth year in this wonderful BCSD. I am married with two amazing boys (Spencer-8 and Grant-4). In my free time, I enjoy playing with my boys, coaching my sons’ sports as well as attending sporting events and watching them on t.v.  The teams I follow are the NY Mets, NY Giants, and NY Knicks.  I have a huge sports memorabilia collection as well.  I come from a family of teachers and I absolutely love my job.  Nothing is more satisfying than when students finally get the concept and have their 'aha' moment.
