    Dr. Bandlow has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Science from the State University of New York at New Paltz, a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey and her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. 

    Dr. Bandlow served as the Superintendent of Schools in the Paulsboro Public Schools in New Jersey from 2015-2019. Her prior positions as an educator include Elementary School Teacher, Middle School Teacher, Vice Principal, Elementary School Principal, Middle School Principal and Parent Academy Director.  Dr. Bandlow started her career in the Hudson Valley of New York and is honored to be back home!

    District Goals 2022-2023

    1. The Brewster Central School District will employ all necessary resources to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for all of our students and staff.

    2. The Brewster Central School District will collaborate with all necessary stakeholders to implement year one of Vision 2026.

    3. The Brewster Central School District will vigorously pursue a successful capital project referendum.

    4. The Brewster Central School District will recommit itself to a true Professional Learning Community model.

    Board Goals 2022-2023

    1. The Board will support the District in its efforts to support the well-being, wellness, and safety of our students and staff.  

    2. The Board will support the District in its efforts to meet the District's facilities needs and to ensure that the District provides the community with timely and thorough information regarding any proposed capital improvement referendum. 

    3. The Board will work to expand its profile within the community to convey and promote District initiatives (including Brewster Vision 2026 and the Facilities Task Force), and to develop a better understanding of the public’s needs, concerns and expectations through:

      • Community forums (open and/or topic-based);
      • Board surveys;
      • Advertise Board-related events on social media; and
      • Advertising the District's committees, encouraging community members to serve on committees, and communicate the objectives and recommendations of those committees to residents within and outside the school community.

    4. The Board will support opportunities for academic growth and performance, as well as increased accountability in line with the District's implementation of Brewster Vision 2026, through the collection, analysis and reliance on data metrics.
