• REQUESTS FOR USE OF FACILITIES

    All facilities rental requests must be submitted through the ML Schedules Facility Rental Portal/Calendar.  This portal allows internal staff and external community groups to:

    1. View the availability of spaces in real-time prior to submitting a request,
    2. Track the progress of a request, and
    3. Receive email confirmation upon final approval

    By automating the facility scheduling process, we are able to increase the timeliness of the approval process for users and also increase organizational efficiency for our staff.

    Field Use Limitations During Construction

    With the on-going construction at the BHS campus, field use will be limited during the time periods described below.  As always, the District will work with our internal coaches and local youth sports organizations to minimize disruptions.

    April 1 - June 30, 2025

    • Field 8 is unavailable
    • Field 9 is available
    • Field 10 & 10A are available


    July 1, 2025 - August 31, 2025

    • Field 8 is unavailable
    • Field 9 is available
    • Field 10 & 10A are unavailable


    September 1, 2025 - throughout construction

    • Field 8 is available
    • Field 9 is available
    • Field 10 & 10A are unavailable

    *Parking near the BHS Gym is going to be limited; spaces will be relocated along Field #8 and the new lot along Foggintown Road
