Brewster's DCC History of Women in the United State's class is pleased to invite students to attend The Stanton-Anthony Symposium, the first-ever Brewster High School student moderated panel in honor of Women’s History month, highlighting some of today’s influential women of the Hudson Valley. The event will take place on Thursday, March 23, 2023, and start at 9 am in the High School ILC. (Please note: Inclement weather date, March 24th.)
Approximately 20 women from our area have been identified and invited to participate. They come from many different fields and specialties, including business, law, community and civic engagement, labor, science and medicine, media, and more. The panelists are prepared to share their career highlights and, perhaps more importantly, speak honestly about barriers to inclusivity and stumbling blocks.
