Family ID Registration Process

  • The Athletic Department, along with our school nursing staff, has implemented an online registration system for our athletic teams.

    The system, called Family ID, is currently being used by many school district’s locally and throughout the country with the goals of making the athletic registration process paperless and more efficient. When the system is successfully implemented, a parent or caregiver can enter essential information once and update it season by season during the career of the student-athlete. In addition, the District has worked with our legal counsel and insurance carriers to review and approve FamilyID and their security measures.

    Family ID has responsive web-site that can be viewed on a Smartphone, Tablet or other mobile device.

    THIS WILL BE THE PRIMARY METHOD OF REGISTRATION FOR BREWSTER CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT ATHLETES! If you need a paper packet for registration, please stop in the Brewster High School athletic office or the Wells Middle School Nurse’s office.

    When registering, please make sure that you check off and/or acknowledge all necessary items. If you receive an e-mail stating that a "correction is required,’ please edit the item(s) that you are asked to and re-submit your registration. If after editing you still have a problem, please contact the Athletic Office and we will be glad to help you. Please note that a student e-mail address (BCSD) cannot be used to register. Outside e-mail addresses must be used.

    In the interest of being fair to all athletes trying out for a team, if an athlete does not register for a team within the dates/times requested, the opportunity to tryout and or participate for the team MAY be affected. Please register on time!

    Registration Process:

    A parent/guardian should register by clicking on this link:

    Follow these steps:

    1. To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the
      registration form under the word Programs.
    2.  Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create
      Account/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create
      Account. Click Log In, if you already have a FamilyID account.
    3. Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner First and Last names
      (parent /guardian), E-mail address and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of
      Service. Click Create Account.
    4. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email,
      check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
    5. Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to FamilyID.com
    6. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are
      required to have an answer.
    7. Click the Save & Continue button when your form is complete.
    8. Review your registration summary.
    9. Click the green Submit button. After selecting ‘Submit’, the registration will be complete. You
      will receive a completion email from FamilyID confirming your registration.

    At any time, you may log in at www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s).  To view a completed registration, select the 'Registration' tab on the blue bar.
